Quiz
What is your body type?
MINE
Body type: Ectomorphs
Characteristics: Petite, small-boned and generally thin, ectomorphs' shoulders are of nearly the same width as their hips. They generally have delicate bone structures, and most of them have a diifcult time gaining weight, whether it's fat or muscle.
Famous Ectomorphs: Kate Moss, Thandie Newton and Kylie Minogue
Your goal
Your objective is to build and improve your overall muscle tone.
Diet Strategy: Because ectomorphs have a very high metabolism, it's important that you do not skip meals! If you wish to gain a little more feminine curves, go on a diet where you can have all the rice, bread, pasta and potatoes you want. Meals are best taken at short intervals and in larger-than-usual servings.
Training Strategy: Build up muscle with two to four sets of weight training exercises per body part, using moderate-to-heavy weights. Supplement this with 20 minutes of cardio exercise thrice a week to keep your heart healthy.

I was looking and reading a friend's fb and blog. Not a close friend but I realised she experienced a terrible past and became a very emo person. I guessed she didn't have enough love and support from family and no one guide her to solve her problems, thus resulting in the current state.
Love and Support (also Encouragement) from family is so Important.
It can turn you to be a happy and competent person.
W/o it, it can turn you to be an unhappy person and one will give up in doing things easily.
My friend and me were discussing in msn, on how we can help her or cheer her a little.
She wasn't a sociable person, so is rather hard for us to really have a chat with her.
Hopefully what we say for her to hear in future, will gets to her and to be able to stay healthy and happy :D
I feel that I am one of the luckiest one, to be able to solve own problems and get over certain things.
Though not everything are solve yet, at least I am able to overcome some issues, find things that makes myself happy (eat, exercise, teaching my little ones) and look more positively.
We should not stop here, instead try our best to help or guide others to solve their's.
Like what JW said: we shld always count blessings!! :)
Anyway, just now I was a good girl after so long :p
I packed my stuff on the living room table, filed in all the lecture notes, put my bags away and arrange everything nicely on the shelf. Next chore will be putting my clothes away, mum has been nagging sis and me all these weeks:x
Heading to bed soon, I have morning lesson later...at 1130am till 5.30/6pm.
After that, going to Ivy's place to do assignment, submission on friday.
Then will be holidays for myself and work(lesson planning). YAY!! I'm looking forward to meeting up with friends, outings and X'mas!!! :D
Though I have to go back on the last week of Dec. But now in the X'mas mood already...just now singing X'mas song with pearl~hahaha
Everyone take care & Be HAPPY! :):):)

A hectic day!
Morning waited quite long for bus to workplace, it was later than usual and thus I reach workplace on the dot-.-
It was a long and busy day for me.
Morning class made me very very angry, due to few boys.
One boy is getting out of hand and even scolded/threatened us.
Haiz..it might be due to influence of parents..*can't revealed too much*
Watched a video and is so true. "Children see, children do."
It was a video shared by one of the course mate. Gd advertisement. I went to find it and share with everyone who still reads my blog. hahaha..I don't have the time to set up a new blog, not even coming here to blog :x
Check out the video @youtube: click here
Hopes this video will helps everyone of us to reflect our behaviors in front of children.
Now is a busy period for us as it is going to term end soon.
Lots of work to do, did up my to-do list @work, hopefully Icanmust finish everything within these 3 weeks time.
As I have sch to attend now, I have lesser time @workplace, so I'm trying to finish in the morning when I go work . I don't have lesson today so OT till 7pm then went NP to buy subway home for dinner.
Food court was crowded and was alone so didn't feel like eating there.
Recent get to make a new friend through work. She is a part time relief-t, and I find that we can click :) Chat quite a lot and helping one another even though we don't have free period, it was a comfortable feeling and not like those will gets angry or anything. It was nice to have her around @work, some one that I can chat with! Nice to know her :D
As for school, I have pearl, mel and ivy around. bcos of each other companion, we enjoyed & have fun in school even though is tiring.
Back hm, eyes start to feel irritated, apply eye drop but didn't get better.
Just now wash my eyes with warm water and also eye wash solution.
Not so irritating compared to just now, but still have this small red thing at my eye's white area there.
I'm not sure is it an eye infection-.- Hopefully not, I don't want to skip work and also don't want to pass to the children :(
Head to bed now b4 it gets worse :x

Learning Journey Starts..
5th Oct was an important date :D
It marks a special date and also it is the first day of my part-time course related to my career @SP.
First 2 weeks are the starter kit - introducing all the modules...
A Hectic schedule - Lessons start from 8am to 730pm for mon & tue, the rest was morning till afternoon..
All of us were drained, sitting uncomfortably on those hard chair and listening to whole day of lecturing.
Some lecturers were fun and interesting, shared with us their experience and how to handle certain things,
but some were boring and zzZZz monster starts to attack us. hahaha!! So far I feels sleepy on certain days/modules, but haven't fall asleep yet. lols!
And we received lots of lecture notes (in paper form), I'm so not used to having so much paper, now I'm thinking of what kind of files I should buy to keep those notes.
I still prefer RP method of using laptops, Paperless & Green Environment :)
3 more days to the end of starter kit, after that will be work, study, work, study...
Oh man... transportation expenses will increased! :( cos of all the travelling~
Last weekend burnt, sat night went to Grand Hyatt Hotel for teacher's day dinner by CO and sunday was the Sports Day. Saw some of the nursery kids during Sports Day, miss them :) Shall see them soon!

Beware...a long one to go...
Here to share some articles or tips that I google online ytd and earlier, on how to be happy, relieve stress..etc etc..
credits to wikihow.com
I will just picked some, the rest u guys can go to the website and read up.
How to Relieve Stress
Stress. We all deal with it. Whether it be our jobs, family life, drama with friends, a relationship problem, or finances, stress is there. While a little stress is probably good for you, it's the excess that does the harm. But there are ways of relieving it.- Quick Relief Stress. Breathe, Smile, Visualize, Evaluate, Fight.
- Take a deep breath. This is your first, most immediate defense against stress. If you can get in the habit of pausing and taking a nice, deep breath every time you feel stress beginning to take hold, you'll have won half the battle just by preventing it from taking over. The other half is won by addressing the causes of your stress.
- Communicate. Whether you talk to a friend or talk to your cat, getting it off your chest will help a lot. If you don't feel like talking about it, write it down. Keep a journal and write down whatever it is that's bothering you. Writing is a therapy of its own.
- Get fit. Perhaps your health and appearance are stressing you out, but even if they're not an issue, being physically fit can directly help relieve stress, which exists on both a mental and a physical level. Sometimes there's nothing like a long run, an intense yoga session, or a fresh swim after a stressful day to help you feel relaxed and stress-free again. Also, exercise releases endorphins; a feel good hormone. Chocolate releases endorphins as well (just only in moderation)!
-I guess I didn't get enough sleep and exercise...I want go cycling & swimming! soon! - Be organized. For the most part, stress arises from feeling overwhelmed. There's just too much to do, and not enough time to do it. Being organized and getting your priorities straight can help you break responsibilities down into manageable pieces and focus on the things that really matter to you, rather than getting caught up in details and creating extra work for yourself--all of which leads to more stress.
-This is what I'm facing now, lots of work to do and yet not enough time to do. But no matter how busier I get, I am happy to do the things cos I know it will be good for the little ones. So far, I think I'm quite organized, do up to-do list (but no matter how much tasks I finished, there will always be add-on to it, so is a never-ending thing). I'm not very good in arranging priorities, which I need to learn! - Listen to music. Listening to music does wonders and is a great way to relieve stress, if it is not something that'll make you feel worse. Listen to good songs that get you in a happy mood; and just forget about your problem. Music is know to be a significant mood-changer and reliever of stress.
-I will always listen to music when I am sad or stress. But certain situations doesn't allow us to do what we want, such as at work, with people around, so you should have another solution or a plan B. - Be aware of your choices; you always have a choice.
- Learn to say no; you cannot do everything you are asked.
-sometime I will but not all the time. You can't possibly say NO NO NO to ur boss right? And even though u think or u know they are using u but u still have to say yes and okay. - Do nothing. That's right, folks, do nothing at all. Close the door, open the window, have a seat, and take a little break from life. If your mind is racing, learn to meditate and just let that stress go.
How to Be Optimistic- Understand that the past does not equal the future. Just because you've experienced pain or disappointment in the past does not guarantee that it's all you'll experience in the future. There were many things in your past that you couldn't control, and everybody comes across unfortunate circumstances at some point in their lives - you're no exception. But there are also many things in life we can control to one degree or another, and therein lies the possibility of change. A day or week that starts badly will not necessarily end badly. Do not make a bad start turn into a self fulfilling prophecy for a bad ending.
Yes, there will always have things that we can't control. e.g. death, decisions..etc Since we can't, we have to face it bravely! jiayous! - Accept pain, failure and disappointment as a part of life, not the entirety of it.
- Be thankful. Everyone has something to be grateful for. Make a list of the good things that have happened to you. If nothing instantly springs to mind, you aren't trying hard enough. The key to being an optimist is recognizing the benefits and possibilities of any situation, and understanding that it could always be worse. If all else fails, think of how life could be worse, and flip the thought process to recognize what you do have. For example: "I'm flunking out of school" can turn into "Well, at least I have a chance to go to school, and I still have time to turn my grades around." Get a notebook and a pen, and write down all the good things that you have. Every time you are feeling negative, read through them and remind yourself that it's not all bad.
Yes, at least I have a shelter (to sleep in, to watch tv, to use com), family (cook and buy meals for me, help me with things), great friends (lends me listening ear, advice me, hang out & do things together, give me suggestion&ideas, love me, take care of me too!) Thank you to those that are by my side! :D hugs* - Use positive affirmations. Write down short statements that remind you of what you're trying to change about the way you see the world. Put them in places where you'll see them every day, such as on your bathroom mirror, the inside of your locker, on your computer monitor, and even taped to your shower wall. Some affirmations to start with are:
"Anything is possible."
"I create my circumstances, my circumstances don't create me."
"The only thing I can control is my attitude towards life."
"I always have a choice."
Quotes, I think this is a good one! motivation :) - Remember that life is short. When you feel pessimism clouding your judgment or you start to feel down about the future, remind yourself that every minute counts, and any time spent brooding guarantees nothing but less time to enjoy whatever life might have to offer. At its core, pessimism is impractical because it causes you to spend time dwelling on things that haven't happened yet and aren't guaranteed to happen, and it prevents you from getting things done. Pessimism breeds indecision. It's a waste of time, and time is a limited resource that you can't afford to take for granted.
Indeed it is a waste of time, might as well use the time to do something that makes you happy. - Avoid negative people. If you can't avoid them, learn how to not let them get you down.
I like this one :) There are negative people around me and I can't really avoid them. If I got a choice, I will not want to be in this unhealthy environment, it is pulling my mood down at times. Idk what to do about this one.
Anyway...
I didn't got time to update my blog and post pictures.
Just uploaded + re-upload 129 photos on fb.
iPhoto was good in some ways, but nothing is perfect, it still have it's flaws.
Editing and adding photos messed up the photo album so I have to re-upload it again.
